Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. Please note that all sales are final and are not subject to return. If you receive and incorrect or damaged item, please email us at within five (5) business day from the date you purchased your order. Please include full name & order number.

Please note if your package is returned to our warehouse as undelivered, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order minus the shipping / handling fee. If you choose to have your package reshipped, you will be charge the current shipping rate plus a reroute fee of ($10.00).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
